Bonne Aventure Road

This commercial building sits along the Bonne Aventure Road, approximately 1.5 miles from the Solomon Hochoy Highway. Parking is available on the compound for 10 or more vehicles, along with a covered garage on the northeastern side of the building. There is an additional building in the carpark (659 sq ft of additional space) currently used as a restaurant that may be kept, repurposed or removed. The building comprises 2 floors but has been designed to accommodate 3 floors (the steel stanchions are raised above the roof for easy expansion).
