Our listed rental properties can only be reserved for you after this form has been submitted and accepted by your landlord along with the required deposit (cash or bank transfer). The security deposit (equal to 1 month’s rent) plus the first month’s rent will be due at signing.

NOTE: The main applicant must be 24 years or older (exceptions may be granted by the Landlord). Please upload a copy of your most recent payslip or a recent job letter (no older than 3 months). Self-employed persons/business owners: please include at least 1 business reference. Kindly upload a picture ID (Drivers Permit, ID card both sides, or Passport bio page) along with this application. Any clear image of these taken with your smartphone (or a PDF) is acceptable (10mb max upload file size). The main applicant, along with any resident sharing the rent will be required to sign the Tenancy Agreement and upload a job letter/payslip. Retired applicants may require a working person to co-sign the Tenancy Agreement. Pets will only be allowed on the property at the Landlord’s discretion and if allowed, you will be required to complete a separate Pet Addendum form. Please note that submitting these forms does not guarantee a tenancy approval. The Landlord reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
